Paid for 2 parcels to be collected from home as advertised on their TV commercial. But nobody has collected them. What a con. Used their online service and was given a collection time but clearly it's too difficult to knock on someone's door and collect 2 parcels. I think a small child could have done the task better. Pathetic.
