I don’t think the Royal Mail could have done worse if they tried. In the mail today was one Christmas card with a first class stamp and the other with a second class stamp, both posted on 20th December 2021).
Whether you pay 1st or 2nd class you get the same awful service. Many of our Christmas cards took a long time to arrive, but this takes the biscuit! I wouldn’t be surprised if a few more work their way to our home in the remainder of January 2022.
