Just so slow. Had two parcels sent to me on the same day. 1 arrived promptly sent by a different courier 1 I am still waiting for 3 days later sent by royal mail. What more do I need to say. I lost my business with ebay due to the slow delivery times of royal mail. When ebay introduced DSR
I had 800 5 star rating with no negative feedback. but the new DSR from ebay showed my delivery times as 1 star and they shut my selling account.
How they are still trading as a delivery company buggers belief
