royal mail are tye most incompetent company how they're even still in business is beyond me in just 2 months they have lost coming up to 5 of my parcels and I'm just one person. it's unacceptable and shocking how they're losing so much. it's,gone where I'm afraid to Order anything incase it's sent by royal mail then I'm not sure if I'll get it or not. I'd never use them to send anything.
