This is not a delivery service, this is utter s**te very slow and inconsiderate to top it up + staff are not helpful at all, and after 3 days of ups and downs I've basically cancelled the order and asked for a refund, and that's maybe the only thing that they good at, paying refunds back.The stress and complexity of things that these guys involve into their deliveries it's mind-blowing STUPID. You wouldn't think that at this day in age,anyhow,hand on heart,every single time I've used royal mail there was a problem of some sort along the line. I really mean this : NEVER in my life I'll use their services again !
