Appalling service, special delivery guaranteed before 1pm is as reliable as a spring weather forecast.
Took morning off work to receive a valuable item before 1pm. No updates on what the issue was nor any updates so far as to when it will be delivered next. Utter complacency are the only words to describe this shabby delivery service.
Avoid at all cost!
