Royal Mail tracking is utterly useless. The only informaion I get is that a tracking number has been provided. After that, nothing is updated until well after my item has been delivered. This happens every time I purchase something on the internet. When I try to explain this to RM they ask for the tracking number of the item I'm enquiring about, even though I've repeatedly told them this happens with every item I order. Every other delivery company keeps their tracking up-to-date exeept RM. Useless.
