Disgusting service... Royal mail you should be ashamed!!
You've cost me £650 by not delivering on time.
I used a before 1pm guaranteed service on 22nd of June I'm still waiting on the 24th... I'm looking for an alternative company now, even if it may cost me a bit more.
Terrible service, I'm surprised the Royals are still happy to be associated!!!!
