worst ever delivery service.
all of our mail collected on a tracked service on Monday have not received an scans except 1 so where are all the other sacks. we have customers screaming and royal mail just say we cannot help without a tracking number they really are not fit for service so will they be missed when they strike. hopefully we will all get alternative arrangements and no return
