Lose my signed for parcels but can’t tell you any details and never get returned even with return address on them. Main office open from 8-10am and no phone number. Anyone would think they don’t want to take responsibility. Going to find a different service as I’ve spent over £2000 in last year with this disgrace of a company. Hope they go under they deserve it
