First class signed for is supposed to arrive within 24 to 48 hours. I have now been informed by an uncaring cold hearted girl who fully understood the circumstances that's it's up to 29 days.
My parcel is holding photographs that an elderly man who is very ill is looking forward to receiving.
They should refund money when the parcel is delayed
