I am so sick of waiting around for parcels sometimes for weeks after they have been posted. This useless company needs to pull their finger out. There is strike action on the 24th and 25th of November but this is the 23rd and they don’t seem to have even bothered to turn up? Seriously wish more online sellers would give other postage options because Royal Mail are absolutely useless. In fact I wouldn’t be too sad to see the entire company go bust. Then something better can take it’s place.
