Shocking service! many recorded delivery items not arrived a week before Christmas having posted them weeks ago. As a small business I am going to have to send lots of refunds for non arrival of items and providing a tracking number to customers is supposed to provide reassurance and a guarantee of delivery!!! I will be looking for another post provider next year as many businesses will. This is the slow gradual end of this company, can you believe they still have the nerve to call it 'The Royal Mail'
Also getting a refund for items is an absolute nightmare!
