Disgusted. Had important post so went for international track and trace with a promised arrival time period of 3-5 days. Was posted on 19th December, still hasn’t left the uk on the 5th January. Livid, if they’d been honest I would have used dhl, yes it costs more but it’s here within 24/48 hours and they don’t lie
