Took months to assemble donee, keeper, witness signatures for P of A. Posted tracked signed for to OPG ( just short £8.00)postage. Royal mail lost the package, starting again- have to pay OPG again, and wait up to two months for OPG to refund £162 on advance payment for lost original P of As. If RM cannot do medical & legal material, what is it for?
