Appalling service. I had an extremely urgent parcel so I paid the highest price for Special Delivery, guaranteed next day at 1 PM. It did not arrive on the next day. Calling customer services, I waited on hold for a long time, then an entirely unhelpful person told me that actually if you read the small print in the FAQ of the website, next day guaranteed doesn't mean next day guaranteed. My parcel would actually be delivered in 6 days, and there is nothing I can do about it. Dishonest advertising, and a very poor and unintuitive website UI. Will not be using again if I can help it.
