I arranged the collection of a parcel to be sent tracked, my first time but never again, I waited I emailed them but got my email back because the address for the Royal Mail collection was not recognised ! I replied to their email ! lost my whole day I couldn't do anything because I'd no idea if they would come. Can't they get anything right ! dreadful since it was taken over it was a service to be proud of but now not worth a second glance Mario
