Not for for the XXI c - so inflexible, backward and totally irresponsible. Impossible to get parcel redelivered. Filled the form, booked a day of work to sit and wait. Nothing. Took me 30 min wait at 2.30pm to get to customer "service" only to be lied to about later during the day delivery (their own website says - before 3 pm). Of course nothing happened and I had to waste yet another day in the hope they can manage to deliver a parcel eventually. They just can't manage the basics.
