Working for a company relies heavily on delivery services. From a 4 day delivery time, to a 3 week delivery time. This is UK to UK delivery. Overseas can take almost 2 months at this point. The website shows no way to actually contact the company, and no way to log a formal complain on how much of a joke the company has become.
Post is often lost, damaged or completely abandoned with no hope of hearing anything about. Tracked deliveries are a waste of money, with the tracking not showing information for weeks.
