Waiting for my birthday card which my friend sent me on 3rd June first class, didn't receive till this evening!! If you pay for first class, it should arrive the next working day. Also was told I would be receiving my parcel yesterday, didn't get till today, tracking is rubbish , not updated. Ever since they went private, they've gone downhill and the prices of stamps keep going up.
