What has happened to Royal mail?? Everything ordered that is through RM there is an issue , or the product just doesn't arrive. Tried to resolve an issue today on the phone, got passed around and then cut off, this is so sad to see such a decline that was once the best service in the UK for delivery.
I now avoid ordering from companies that use them as their carrier.
