Oh my goodness……a Beautiful lady called Chrissy at Stevenage sorting office went beyond her duty to help me today. I am so grateful for all of her help when I absolutely panicked and didn’t know what to do! It’s funny isn’t it how something so important to one person means nothing to another and yet she saw how important it was and I’m so grateful for her kindness. If Royal Mail had more people like this, you would be a very lucky workforce!!
