Royal mail fail to follow instructions every time.
Their own website claims a bin is NOT a safe place. So why does the postman continually throw my parcels in the bin? I never requested any safe place.
I asked them to call and I will open the door. Or to bang on the door loudly.
It is a filthy thing to do, and as I get frequent parcels, happens too often.
