After speaking to a lovely lady Danielle in accelerate department she got my parcel on the move after getting lost , it was a memory blanket for a terminal ill family member so was glad they finally got it thankyou Danielle and also Lisa from Sunderland office who helped wiv getting the parcel safely to its destination,
