While moving house, paid for the redirection service which has totally failed. We have not received any redirected mail at all and today have to travel back to our old address to collect all the mail that has been delivered there. Over £80.00 for a service which Royal Mail have totally failed to deliver on!! Disgusting and they have done nothing about it since my original complaint which is now three weeks old, mail is still going to the old address. I am seeking a full refund and will take this matter to the claims court if I do not receive a full refund.
