Absolutely appalling service Post man dont even bother to access my letter box and I live on 2nd floor. Dumping my confidential mail on starcase is not uncommon.
A hudge mass of my consignments , both as recipient and sender lost without a trace.
Service by RM appears to be a third world country.
Complaining is just waste of your time
