Paid for track and signed for next day delivery.but delivery never attempted they returned the parcel back to me saying refusing to accept. Recipient's address is a shop. So that I can prove with cctv that they never tried to deliver.
Try to talk to the customer service and they pretended they didn't hear the tracking no.they could hear everything else though.
