I cancelled a postage bought online and applied for a refund which they say takes up to 28 days! Their system does not generate a confirmation of this so you have no way of proving it later. When no refund was received after 3 months I emailed the customer service. The reply came back that I'd cancelled the collection service not the postage which is a lie as there was no way of opting out of that in the first place. It is now too late to apply for a refund!
Lesson is: never use their online postage service!
