Royal Fail…..
Whenever I order something from Amazon or other online retailers, a wave of dread comes over me when I see the delivery service is Royal Mail. I have been waiting for a tracked 48hr parcel to arrive for the past 9 days and they are clueless to what’s happened to it or where it actually is, I mean, isn’t that the whole point of having it sent tracked so it can actually be found? Another hopeless case of Royal Mail failure, looking forward to the next one. Reputation is way over the horizon
