What a terrible service.
Pay for 24 hrs tracked and in that 24 hrs it's got no further than the local sorting office.
Go online and it tells you it's their aim and not a guarantee!!
Who else would get away with that as a company .
Maybe you should pay after item delivered as they are simply conning thousands daily out of money, people pay premium should get premium. Best just to stick to second class seems no different to more expensive options.
