Royal Mail are the worst. You pay for 24 next day and 48 hr delivery tracked and it NEVER arrives on time. I have lost count of the number of times this has happened.
My last parcel was out for delivery between 1 & 2pm. It never arrived. According to the tracking the parcel was returned to the depot at 4.40pm even they are supposed to deliver up to 7pm. No excuse was given. I would give them less that one star if I could. We are paying for services they don't provide.
