Sent two letters by tracked delivery - when checking to see if they had been delivered all I got was the message to say you have it, and the next message I would receive would be when an attempted delivery was made. No messages were received, I had to make numerous phone calls to check that the letters had been delivered, which they had - albeit not within the time scale I was expecting and had paid £6.50 for.. Dreadful service...
