Dire. I'm trying to run a business and none of my orders from suppliers have arrived over the past week. The postman blames management.
Which is all very well but doesn't help me. My customers are also getting anxious and we all now think this service is a waste of time. Being charged for next day delivery plus insurance is an outrage as this service is not met.
