A signed for parcel was not delivered as the address on the front was incorrect. It was correct on the envelope, but a wrong digit was entered by the Post Office. It did not have a return address as I thought it being signed for, I could trust the service. Clearly I cannot AT ALL. The post office blames Royal Mail. The Royal Mail blames the Post Office. Even though there is a tracking number, the Royal Mail cannot now find the parcel as it is 'not tracked' just signed for. The customer operative was officious and completely unhelpful, just telling me it was my fault or the Post Office's fault. The Royal Mail has absolutely no clue about customer service. And the Post Office and Royal Mail should never be allowed to work with each other as they are HOPELESS.
