Another epic fail from Royal Mail. Phoned to follow up -- as always, "we are busier than usual"; cue 40 minute wait. Get through to a nice person, who can "only apologise." Stay on the line to leave feedback, and Royal Mail is only interested in "the last person you spoke to": they make this clear more than one. Hence this feedback to Royal Mail senior leadership, not on the person I spoke to but on the consistently lamentable failures: your business is not fit for purpose.
