I had an absolutely awful experience with Royal Mail and would strongly advise against using their services, especially if you're running an online business. I shipped a parcel to a TikTok customer via UK Signed For 2nd Class over a month ago, and it’s still showing as "in transit." Despite making multiple phone calls, they have done nothing to resolve the issue. I was given a reference number for my complaint, but it’s clear they haven’t taken any real action.
This delay has cost me 4 violation points for late dispatch on TikTok, severely impacting my shop’s performance. Royal Mail’s customer service is unhelpful, and their system is unreliable. If you're serious about growing your online store, avoid this 3rd-class courier service at all costs!
