First of all let me start by saying that I am happy with the postman but having to deal with customer services is horrible.
A parcel with a UPS label was taken by the postman and it was never returned or handed back to UPS.
I requested assistance via customer services and the advised me that the parcel has been delivered to Zara and to go look for it myself 😀
Absolutely disgraceful is what customer services are.
