On the two occasions I decided to utilise RM's free collection of a package, both attempts have met with failure. Thinking collection would be easier than driving to the nearest post office, I have been sucker punched again. No collection or information forthcoming. A waste of time.
Thank you RM for letting me down a second time. Hopefully your new owners will put this slipshod 'collection service' in its place.
