I was supposed to receive a package through your service. The seller provided me with the tracking number and I found out on this occasion that you tried to deliver to the mentioned address 2 times. It is a lie because I did not receive any notification that there was any posted to the indicated address. I made a delivery request for today 8.11.2024. it was supposed to be delivered today by 2 p.m. which did not happen. if the set day is still not respected, what is the use of the redelivery service?
