Tried to request a cancel and refund on my collection item through the portal but each time I do I get an error. I’ve complained 3 times and every time they’ve told me to go back to the portal. Why is no one reading what I’m putting? I’m getting an error message so my refund cannot be processed. Surely there’s a backup plan? I work in software so there is always a backup plan but customer service are just lazy, probably because it’ll cost them more to process the refund than the cost of postage I bought. But if I don’t get refunded they’ve basically robbed me and stolen my money! Despite other couriers having bad reviews, their online processes are always easy to deal with, I’ve never know a service to be so incompetent.
