I’m extremely disappointed with Royal Mail. I diverted my parcel to the local Post Office using their app, but they completely ignored my instructions and delivered it to the wrong address. Now my parcel is lost, and no one seems to know where it is. What’s the point of offering a diversion service if you can’t follow it properly? This is unacceptable, and the lack of accountability is frustrating. I expected better from a trusted service like Royal Mail. Will think twice before using them again.
