Both 24 and 48 hour delivery are in no way gauranteed, you pay extra but can't claim anything if it's late and have to wait i believe 9 days after the delivery date to claim for it as lost, which is insane as you send it 24/48 because you want it there quickly.
No doubt there is an * somewhere and some tiny fine print that says this so you have no recourse, absolute garbage and intentionally hidden from clear view. Don't use them they are getting worse or worse.
