Stolen parcel! Expected my parcel 2 weeks ago! Stated they delivered but they did not! I worked from home and have a ring door bell! Prompted on app to request redelivery, opted for my local Post Office as surely someone would be there. Was suppose to arrive last Thursday but did not. Called customer services who advised it was selected for delivery so should have been delivered! Went back to Post Office who said from experience when this happens it’s “got lost in the van”… Now how do you loose a parcel in the van. Hmm just say it’s been stolen. Had all my kids Christmas presents in that order and now not much time left to find substitutes 😭
