Absolute joke! I used to trust Royal Mail. I don’t any more! Still waiting on two parcels ordered weeks ago. Tracking is no help and not being updated. As soon as I order something and it says it’s being delivered by Royal Mail, my heart sinks and I know it’s not going to arrive on time. Disgraceful
