I purchased a Royal Mail label for a parcel by mistake and submitted a refund. The label was never used but the refund was declined, without any reason or recourse on a 'noreply' email. This was not the first time I had been denied a refund.
It took me an hour to eventually speak to an adviser who told me the item had been delivered, when I had not even printed the label.
The system is completely unjust.
