Poor customer service.
I ordered FOOD. And today I got an email saying they attempted to deliver the parcel but nobody was in.
Which is a flat out lie because I and my family have been in all day.
And this pompous knobhead that I talked to was incredibly condescending about it, saying that they are “ahead of schedule” and that “nobody was in” is actually code for vehicle breakdown or excessive traffic.
Incredibly disappointed at how Royal Mail has gone downhill over these past few years and I will not be using them again if I can help it.
