I arranged for a redelivery for Saturday 6th September via the app on Thursday 4th morning as I work Monday to Friday so knew I wouldn't be in to take delivery as previously I have had to complain about them failing to deliver to my safe place. I received the confirmation email that they would deliver Saturday as requested yet they still tried to delivery it on Friday 5th item now shows as pending I attempted to follow the instructions about redelivery but am unable to as I have an outstanding request for it to be delivered today. Today is Saturday September 6th & I am still waiting for it to be delivered. Not happy at all I am seriously considering not purchasing items if they are to be delivered by Royal Mail as every time they fail to deliver not just the delivery but on customer service too.
