A truly terrible criminal company who thinks they can do what they want. I have had hundreds of parcels lost over the past year. Even though the parcels show as not delivered on their own system they still refuse claims and steel the money for a service they know there not providing. Taking money for a service their own system is telling them there not providing is clearly theft and is a crime. I wrote a written complaint three months ago and it was promised it would all get sorted out two months ago and I just had to put all my claims in again. This took me a lot of time. This was ignored and every email I have sent them since has been ignored. When I call them and take around an hour to get through, I just keep on getting told that I have to wait and they can't give me any sort of time scale on sorting this out. It’s been a whole year since I have told them about the problems and three months since my written complaint and they won't even tell me how much longer it’s going to be. How can so called companies like this get away with it when there meant to be regulated.
