A very important letter was sent on 19.05.17. A severely disabled persons claim for benefit that they really depend on. There was a deadline by which date the form had to be submitted. I sent it 1st class recorded and the letter is lost. I spoke to the customer services complaints reference:Nick and he only dissappointed me further by saying that 1st class recorded isnt good enough to rely on because its not step by step tracked, i had to send it Special delivery.
Your special delivery prices are ridiculously high that i can't afford it!!!!!!!!!!!!
If 1st class recorded soooo unreliable and Special delivery SIMPLY A RIP OFF!!!!! how can i trust Royal mail with any serious letter???
By the way, filling in that benefit form on behalf of the disabled person TOOK ME FEW DAYS!!!!! Is it worth of anything in ROYAL MAIL'S WORLD?????
I VE BEEN TOLD THAT IF THERE IS ANY FINANCIAL VALUE TO THAT LETTER, I COULD CLAIM A COMPENSATION. OTHERWISE ROYAL MAIL CARRYING NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST LETTERS!!!
THIS IS WRONG THAT ROYAL MAIL TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT. ANY SELF-RESPECTING COMPANY SHOULD PAY FINANCIAL COMPENSATION TO VICTIM- CUSTOMERS WHO ENTRUSTED THEIR DOCUMENTS TO THE ROYAL MAIL BUT HAVE BEEN LET DOWN MISERABLY.
