I paid to have my mail redirected and not received a single letter. I have phoned twice, to be told it takes time. It's been three weeks since I done it. My son, brother and mother have all moved recently and none of them have had any mail either. My brothers mail is taken in by a neighbour when she sees him. Appalling so called service. Surely people can sue for this. They have given people our private information like on my payslip it has my personal details
